Discover the Company of the Future

Posted 14th June 2010 by James Cotton

The Cambridge Phenomenon, in association with Microsoft Research, ARM, and Price Bailey, is hosting a unique competition in the quest to find the most exciting IT/Bioscience company of the future, located within a 20-mile radius of Cambridge.

A stellar panel of expert judges with backgrounds in investment, multi-national corporations and government, including Anil Hansjee (Google), John Aisien (Oracle), Charles Cotton (Cambridge Phenomenon Ltd) and Hermann Hauser (Amadeus), has been appointed to assemble a shortlist of 8 companies with the potential to win the coveted Cambridge Phenomenon Award 2010.

The competition is designed to provide exposure to these innovative and exciting businesses who, with the support and expertise of The Cambridge Phenomenon, have the potential to fuel Britain’s future growth and leadership in the IT and Bioscience industries.

The CEOs of the selected companies will make a high-impact 60 second film in order to convince the panel of judges why they deserve to be awarded the winning title. These films will be shown to over 300 delegates throughout the day, with the winner being chosen using real time voting at the end of the conference.
